CoiffeurApp Terms of Use

1. Purpose

CoiffeurApp is a platform connecting clients and hair salons (hairdressers) in Mauritania for booking appointments, home visits and booking follow-up. CoiffeurApp is not a party to the service contract between the client and the hairdresser.

2. Account

Creating an account requires a valid phone number verified by SMS code. You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential and for the accuracy of your information. One number corresponds to one account type. You must be at least 13 years old.

3. Bookings

A booking commits both the client and the hairdresser. Late cancellations and repeated no-shows may lower your reliability level and limit access to some features.

4. Payment

Services are paid directly at the salon (cash or another method accepted by the hairdresser); CoiffeurApp does not collect these payments. Hairdressers may purchase subscriptions and visibility options (boosts); these professional offers are agreed and paid outside the app, and activated manually by our team. Referral credit is internal credit, not redeemable for cash.

5. Published content and conduct rules

Reviews, photos, descriptions and names you publish are your responsibility. Prohibited: illegal, hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, misleading or impersonating content, spam, fake reviews, and photos of people without their consent. We have zero tolerance for abusive content.

Every review, salon and photo can be reported from the app, and you can block a salon (salon profile > menu > Block). We review reports within 24 business hours; offending content is removed and the accounts involved may be warned, suspended or deleted.

6. Verification and safety

Hairdressers may request a "verified" badge by providing an ID document. We may suspend an account for fraud, abuse, false statements or breach of these terms.

7. Liability

CoiffeurApp is provided "as is" and does not guarantee the quality or availability of hairdressers' services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app (see the privacy policy and /legal/delete-account/).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. We may amend them; continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
