Delete my CoiffeurApp account

From the app (recommended)

1. Open CoiffeurApp and sign in.

2. Go to Profile, then at the bottom: "Delete my account".

3. Retype your phone number, then confirm with your PIN (or a code received by SMS).

Without access to the app

Contact us (see Contact) from, or quoting, the phone number of the account, with the subject "Account deletion". We verify that you hold the number (SMS code or exchange on that number) before proceeding.

What happens next

Immediately: the account is deactivated, your upcoming appointments are cancelled (the people concerned are notified) and your devices are signed out.

For 30 days: you can cancel the deletion by signing in again with your number.

After 30 days: permanent erasure of your name, number, profile photo, location, PIN, ID document, portfolio photos, payment-proof images, home-visit addresses, notifications and salon page.

Kept with no link to your identity: accounting and statistical records (bookings, subscriptions, ratings) and reviews, shown as "Deleted user".
